Lighting by Sesiment, dba “Sesiment” is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share the personal information we collect from visitors to our websites, including www.trescreyo.com, its subdomains, related domains, and all other websites where this Privacy Policy is posted. This policy includes but is not limited to personal information collected on our websites, mobile applications, via email, via phone, or controlled widgets embedded in communication platforms. By accessing or using our websites, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
This Policy is in relationship with the general business functions of the organization and may include the products, services, support, information, education, and communication referred to in this policy as “Product(s)” and/or “Service(s)”.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of our commercial partners (together “our Partners”) and/or to any websites or other service providers to which the Sesiment websites may link, who are independent of Sesiment. This is beyond our control and we recommend that you contact the “Partners” for further information on their respective privacy policies.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to your registered address. The “Effective Date” at the top of this policy will be revised.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Products you’ve added to the wishlist: we’ll use this to show you and other users your favourite products, and to create targeted email campaigns.
- Wishlists you’ve created: we’ll keep track of the wishlists you create, and make them visible to the store staff
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Send you information about your account and order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
- Improve our store offerings
- Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for XXX years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
We retain order information for seven (7) years to comply with tax and accounting laws. Comment metadata is retained indefinitely for automatic approval. Account information is kept until you delete your account. After deletion, we will keep anonymized or aggregated data for analytics.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
- Wishlist details, such as products added, date of addition, name and privacy settings of your wishlists
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with others
We share personal data with the following categories of third parties:
- Payment Processors (Stripe, PayPal): To process payments. Shared data: name, email, billing address, purchase total, payment method details.
- Shipping Services (e.g., USPS, FedEx, if used): To fulfill orders. Shared data: name, shipping address, phone number.
- IT & Caching Services (LiteSpeed, QUIC.cloud): To improve site performance. Shared data: IP address, page views, cached data (temporary).
- Spam Detection (Automated service): To check comments. Shared data: comment content, IP address, user agent.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal and Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

LiteSpeed Cache
This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience.
Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor.
Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.

California Residents
Sesiment does not sell any personal data. Sesiment will, to the extent required by the California Laws, disclose, delete or take any other action with respect to any personal data of residents of California. Residents of California may request from Sesiment (a “California Request” pursuant to the California Laws, among other things, that Sesiment :
- Disclose to such residents:
- The categories of personal data that are collected by Sesiment ;
- The categories of sources from whom or which personal data is collected by Sesiment ;
- The purposes for Sesiment’s collecting personal data;
- The categories of third parties to whom or which Sesiment transfers personal data;
- The specific pieces of personal data collected by Sesiment ;
- If personal data is sold or disclosed for a business purpose to a third party, the categories of such personal data that are sold or disclosed for a business purpose, and the categories of third parties to which or whom such personal data are sold or disclosed for a business purpose;
- Except in certain circumstances, delete personal data of such residents.
Any California Request by a resident of California
- can only be made twice in a 12-month period
- will require the collection of certain information by Sesiment to verify the identity of such resident
- can be submitted to Sesiment by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to any such request within 30 days after receiving it.
The California Laws require certain additional disclosures that can be found at this link California Privacy Disclosures. Sesiment will not discriminate against a resident of California for exercising any right made available to such residents under the California Laws.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. However, if a parent or guardian of a child who is under 13 years of age discovers that the personal data of such child has been submitted to Sesiment through the website without the parent’s or guardian’s consent, Sesiment will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove such information from the website and Sesiment’s servers at the parent’s or guardian’s request. To request the removal of such personal data, the parent or guardian must contact Sesiment as set forth in Section 21, and provide all information requested by Sesiment to assist it in identifying the personal data to be removed.
